At New Talent Film School, we believe every young person carries a spark, a creative fire waiting to be lit. Today’s world is full of screens, but too few creators. Most kids grow up watching stories… not telling them. Our mission is to change that.

This program was created for parents who want more for their children than endless scrolling and empty entertainment. You want them to dream bigger, to express and discover who they truly are. We give them the tools, structure, and mentorship to make that transformation possible.

Founded by Ivo Consi Chládek, an award-winning filmmaker with years of hands-on experience, our school combines professional film education with the soul of creativity. Ivo studied at the Northern Film School in UK and went on to direct short films that won international recognition, as well as a feature-length horror film now in post-production. Ivo has been working with youth for years, from summer film schools and summer camps to film workshops for children aged 10 to 18.

Every class in our program is designed to awaken creativity and responsibility. Students become filmmakers for 7 weeks. They write their own scripts, direct short films, and bring their ideas to life, step by step. With today’s technology, all they need is a phone, imagination, and the right guidence.

Thanks to the Internet, there are no borders anymore. A young creator from Prague can learn alongside another from Madrid, or Berlin, or anywhere in the world. We want to reach any young filmmaker who feels that pull to create instead of consume.
